2 BEDROOMS (plus Den)-including large Master Bedroom Suite with 2 large walk in closets. Master has 1 King Bed & Guest room-1 Queen Bed (both extremely comfortable w/Pillow Top Mattresses). Relax and watch the morning news on a convenient flat screen TV in the Master Bedroom.
THE DEN has a very comfortable Day Bed-(sleeps 2-trundle). Take care of business with the Desk, Chair, & printer (internet access available with WIFI) just bring your lap top!
2 BATHROOMS-The Master has a large walk in shower, an oversized soaking tube, double sinks, hair dryer, large soft towels and loads of other luxury appointments. The guest bath includes a shower, tub, hair dryer and towels.
RELAX on one of the 2 chaise lounges with a glass of wine on the very large 28' x 9' Lanai with a private view of the Nature Preserve, blooming Hibiscus and Florida Palms swaying in the gentle wind.
OPEN the large tri-fold sliding glass doors of the lanai to the living room and enjoy a romantic evening with a DVD while the warm Florida breezes flow past. Or open the bi-fold glass doors from lanai to the master bedroom and enjoy the morning sun with rare Florida birds welcoming your arrival. (Very private, can not see any of the neighbors)
PRREPARE A FANTASTIC FLORIDA MEAL in the gourmet equipped kitchen. Stocked with all the amenities-kitchen aid blender, knives, pans, griddle, utensils, thermos coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and much more. Grill utensils are also available for use at the Community Pool Grill. Plenty of "hand painted" plates, serving platters, wine and champagne glasses to enjoy an evening together with visiting family or friends.
TIME TO RELAX: Put up your feet and watch Cable TV on our Hi-Definition - 50" Plasma TV in the Great Room. A cabinet below holds a DVD Player and Stereo System. Great room seats 6+ very comfortably.
GOING TO THE BEACH? Use our convenient “Beach Back-Pack Chairs” and assortment of coolers, large beach towels, floatation devises, snorkel & fins, and watch the Dolphins jump or collect beautiful shells at the many Collier or Lee County beaches ~ just minutes away. Or if salt water does not meet with your taste, the condo's heated pool is just a few steps away from your front door!
EXERCISE~SHOP~DINE! Walk or take the two mountain bikes-(his & hers)- just 2 miles one way to the Starbucks, Publix, Walgreen's, or First Watch Restaurant in the Berkshire Commons Shopping Center. Only ½ mile to Pelican Larry's Raw Bar and Grill for delicious Potato Crusted Grouper fingers or watch your favorite sports team & meet the locals.
