Our home is beautifully decorated and furnished to
the highest standards and comprises 2 double
bedrooms with en suite facilities and 2 twin bedded
rooms with shared bathroom. The screened, solar
heated, pool situated at the rear of the property
overlooks a picturesque natural lake. The pool is
SOUTH facing for all day ‘sun-worshipers’ and there
is a covered ‘lanai’ (patio) area for cooling off and
outdoor 'al fresco' dining.
Within in the living area is a fully equipped kitchen
with breakfast alcove and a utility room, a separate
dining area to accommodate eight people and a
comfortable spacious lounge. BROADBAND
INTERNET ACCESS (on request), Telephone, cable
TV, DVD
Player and Hi-Fi are also provided. The furnishings
have been skilfully chosen by our interior design
consultants. we are certain that our guests will
appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to
get everything just right.

Hi Graham,
I hope this note finds both you and your family in good health. My wife Jacquie and our friends Harry & Sandra
have just returned from our holiday in the USA which was very successful. In all we were there for three and a half weeks
but the highlight of our trip was our stay in your villa in Briarwood, Naples.
We stayed in the villa for 10 nights and I have to say that it was everything you promised us and more.
The location of the villa is superb, tranquil but close enough to Naples to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and nightlife.
As for the villa itself , we could not have asked for more.
It's a beautiful home with lots of lovely features and the view onto the lake from the private swimming pool is breathtaking.
( I spent many an evening sipping my scotch & water, as you suggested, and observing the wonderful animal life !!! )
The accommodation is first class and affords a level of privacy for all guests which is exceptional.
Please accept our thanks for the use of your villa and should I return to Florida in the future it will be my first stop.
