CONDO DESCRIPTION: The studio in on the 6th floor,
northwestern corner, facing Collins Ave. The unit has
recently been modernized/upgraded and it is very
bright and clean. Studio has a Queen size bed, Sofabed
which becomes full size bed, kitchenette with granite
countertop/bar with two stools, new appliances,coffee/
expresso maker, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Cable TV
with HBO and access to wireless internet.
THE SHELBORNE beach RESORT is a landmark condo-
hotel with an indoor-outdoor restaurant, two bars (a
karaoke bar in the basement), a lovely pool large
enough to swim laps in, (and it's framed by palm trees
and a distinctive diving board waterfall fountain), 2
outdoor whirlpools, and a small gym with sauna.
Besides the pool chaise lounges, you have a choice of a
private sitting area in the sand, or else walk out the
gate and there's the beach and ocean.
ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS: Swimming in pool,
ocean swimming, 2 outdoor jacuzzis. jogging
(broadwalk behind hotel on the beach). Gym, massage
available on premises. At beach: para-sailing, fishing,
inline skating. Nearby:golf, tennis, boating, museums,
world-class shopping and dining.
Theatre for Performing Arts and the Symphony.
Some of the hottest hotel nightlife in South beach is
next door, as we are next to the Shore Club and across
the street from the Raleigh and Fairfax Hotels.
