you on daily basis. There are 4 elevators,

swimming pool, Jacuzzi and private beach
access at your convenience. Our unit is in
the heart of South Beach where you can
walk to just about everything without

has a beautiful pool with direct beach
access! Shelborne is a condo-hotel where
all units are individually owned and some
owners leave their unit in the hotel
rental pool and others rent out
themselves. We manage our own units to
give you more value, more luxurious
interiors with lots of upgrades and give
you more space for your money. All guests
and residents at the Shelborne have full
access to all resort facilities such as

"I would first like to say thank you for letting us stay at your apartment it was a perfect place to stay the apartment was excellent quality everything we could ever want I will be definitely coming back to stay at Sherborne. The only thing I would suggest as a recommendation is that even though the rooms were separate it would be better if room one and two were sealed off completely at the top of the ceiling as my friends snoring did stop me from sleeping LOL. Other than that everything was excellent special thanks to Nikki who was very helpful thank you once again

My daughter and I stayed at the Shelborne over Mother’s Day weekend. Just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had. Your hotel is awesome and so is your staff. I copied the recipe for the delicious parfait from your restaurant. If we come back to Sobe and I hope we do, we are staying at the Shelborne again.

Stayed at the Shelbourne between 3/10-3/14/2011 WMC week. The Shelborne was outstanding. I have been a frequent sobe visitor over the years and wish I stayed here over the years. My room was well maintained, beds were comfortable and the location can't be beaten. Walking distance to everything. I have already recommended the place to friends and will again be there myself this summer.

Deposit: Accidental Damage Waiver: An Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) fee of $90 is added on to all rentals. ADW is a non-refundable fee whereby American Vacation Living assumes the liability associated with minor accidental damages to the leased premises or its contents during the Tenant’s occupancy. ADW is not insurance, nor should it be interpreted as such. This allows American Vacation Living to waive your responsibility for reported accidental damage up to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,000.00. The damage waiver becomes effective upon check-in and terminates at departure or 11:00 A.M. on the last day of the lease term (“check-out time”), whichever occurs first. Unreported damages, non-accidental damages, excluded damages or damages exceeding $2,000.00 dollars will be the sole responsibility of the Tenant. The non-refundable waiver does not in any way negate your responsibility as Tenant. The cost to repair damage attributable to the Tenant or Tenant’s invitees due to Acts of God, intentional acts, willful conduct, gross negligence, abuse of the property, violation of lease terms, or pets will not be paid under the ADW and remain the responsibility of the Tenant. Any damage must be reported to American Vacation Living prior to “check-out time." The ADW applies only to loss or damage to the leased premises or its contents. The applicability of ADW to damaged property, any determination of the extent of damage and any determination of the cost of repairs to damaged property shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of American Vacation Living
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations: must be submitted in writing. For cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival all monies are forfeited and no refunds will be made. You are still responsible for paying final balance. If reservation is cancelled earlier than 90 days prior to arrival your monies will be refunded LESS the following: cancellation fee (same amount as down payment) and its taxes, credit card convenience fee and its taxes (if applicable) and trip insurance (if applicable). Any change in reservations such as changing weeks or changing homes will be subject to the cancellation policy. No assignment or subletting permitted. Trip insurance is highly recommended to protect against unexpected events and change of travel plans.
