We purchased this house in the summer of 2001 after renting in the Keys for many years, we got tired of looking so hard for good quality, clean homes to rent which were and are still very difficult to find. If you are looking for something "nice" that the actual house looks "better" than the pictures, that will provide for your family and friends a vacation where memories will be made, that will last a lifetime and that is impeccably clean inside-out, then this is your rental.

An important feature of this house is that is has a private pristine white sand beach 6 blocks away on the bay side. Vey rare in the keys,you can go on the kayak, ghanoe, stand up paddle board or bikes supplied at the house.
This is our personal vacation house, if you liked the pictures , if you enjoyed the virtual tour, you will love the house and neighborhood when you see it in person. It actually looks better than the photos and virtual tour. The house and property are kept impeccable , everything works, this is possible because I have an excellent handy man and housekeeper, husband and wife, that live close by and their have carte blanch to keep the property at it's best always. I keep updating and renovating it constantly. It is our pride and joy . You will not be disappointed. Usually people oversell their rental vacation houses with photos and words that do not describe or show the property as it actually is, here it will be the opposite, only pleasant , happy and fun memories in your family vacation in the Florida Keys.

VACATION TO ISLAMORADA,FLORIDA
We were three adults and three children. There is a master with a bath and two bedrooms that share a bath. The accommodations were, I thought very upscale for a rental. The home is finished and furnished quite tastefully. They did not spare expense when it came to amenities. The kitchen is finished with beautiful granite countertops and there is a large refrigerator. We took two boats, a 16 and 21 and there was adequate parking in the lot and on the canal for them. The canal was very pleasant and didn’t vary in depth (no tidal change). We stepped right onto the boats. There is a large icemaker in the laundry room. I\'ve been to the Keys numerous times on fishing trips and stayed in cheaper rentals and motels because all we wanted was to have a fishing base of operations. The house is much more than a place to stay when you fish; it was an enjoyable place to be. It\'s own destination. The streets and canals surrounding this house vary with some extremely expensive homes to the North and some less expensive homes just south of the rental. So, it was, as Goldilocks says \"just right\". Orlando was very accommodating in the arrangements, accepting a check, and returned my deposit promptly. I would stay there again. Brett Wilson

LOVE THIS HOUSE!

Villa Marlin is beautiful (the pictures do not lie), gorgeous grounds and the location is perfect for reaching the bay or the ocean! The amenities were AWESOME - from all the kitchen items to having use of the fishing equipment, kayak, small boat and paddleboard made our vacation perfect! Access to the private sandy beach was a great added bonus! Mr. Abella (owner) was so accommodating and provided many recommendations that were ALL great! The island of Islamorada and this vacation home was PARADISE and we are already making plans to return!!
