On the second level there are two bedroom and two bathrooms along with a full kitchen, living and dining room and fabulous second floor screened in porch that also overlooks the canal.
The House has a 70' concrete dock for those of you coming with a boat.

Also, this property has use of a private exclusive beach in Islamorada which is a short walk from this house. The very desirable White Marlin beach.
