This beautiful two story home was built in 2007 and features (2) water front porches, private patio courtyard, private dock with 2nd story deck on Intracoastal, (3) bedrooms,(3) full baths, office (with WiFi), (2) car garage, fenced front and back yards (with dog run), kayak, and outside shower. (4) mounted flat screen TVs, (2) blurays and XBOX 360 are also located throughout the house. We have everything you need for a great day on the water or at the beach.
Two City parks (one with beach) are located nearby to launch your boat to access the Intracoastal waterway(and our dock to keep your boat) and a continuous sidewalk is located along intracoastal for great morning and afternoon walks. Located within walking distance are numerous places for morning coffee, pastries, lunch, looking for a good book and even bait for your fishing adventures. New Smyrna Beach is also only 5 miles away (just over the bridge). Edgewater, New Smyrna and Port Orange are home to fabulous eateries, beach stores, antique/consignment/thrift stores,wildlife, outdoor activities and history (Minorcans from Spain settled this area). Bella Luna Villa is only (25) minutes south of Daytona Beach, (1) hour northeast of Orlando and all its many attractions (Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios) and (1) hour north of Kennedy Space Center.

I was visiting my daughter and family and they brought me to Bella Luna Villa. I was absolutely "gobsmacked" The house is beautiful and spacious and I love the layout. The kitchen is any woman's dream. The view is spectacular and being pet friendly is a plus. My husband loves to walk and with the paths and view will be amazing. I hope to be able to come back next year after spring break with my husband. I know he will love it as much as I do. Being a camera enthusiast he will love it. Hope to be back real soon. We love to come to Bella Luna to relax and watch the dolphins. Walking along the river and seeing all the crabs and boats is fun too. The beach is not far and we love to drive on the beach people watching. There is lots of room at Bella Luna for large families, so you are not all over each other. Would recommend visiting, and can't wait to come back.

This is a nice, comfortable house.The best is waking up , looking out at the water and catch the dolphins jumping. The house is very roomy, I had family in town so the 9 of us came here and we were all able to spread out, it was perfect I've Stayed a couple of times and I hate leaving!!
