including gourmet coffee maker, and new cookware,
and a wide-screen TV in the living room will complete
the comforts of home. Need to check email or surf
the web? - the WiFi high-speed internet connection is
totally secured. The master bedroom features
designer furniture with a canopy bed and an
awesome view of the bay and golf course. The
second bedroom features two comfortable double
beds and the same great view of the bay, and in the
living room there is a new queen sleeper-sofa with an
extra-thick mattress to accommodate your family.
The fully-equipped first-floor fitness center gives you a
view of the beach; the heated indoor/outdoor pool with
waterfall offer an escape with a beach view. The 8
tennis courts and adjacent Seascape Golf club offer
additional fun activities. And while you are on the
beach you can take advantage of the beach chair and
umbrella service or enjoy lunch and a frozen drink
from the Whale's Tail Tikki Hut a few steps away.
The new banquet facilities complete the on-site
amenities.

This was our second year back to the Destin and stayed in Majestic Sun last year. This was out first time at Jeff and Debbie's place. This condo was true to the pictures!!!! Jeff and Debbie provided everything we needed and more. Our stay was comfortable and delightful. The view of the beach was amazing to wake up to every morning. The condo was in great condition and was very clean. My family and I were impressed with how upkept and clean everything in the condo was. We would definitely stay here again! This is a must STAY!!!!!! :) Thank you so much for everything Jeff and Debbie!

We just returned from spending a week in this beautiful condo. Jeff and Debbie have thought of everything that you need to enjoy your vacation in Destin. They even give restaurant suggestions which we enjoyed visiting. We have rented condos for the past five years and this condo is by far the best one we have stayed at. We would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone - so if you want to enjoy beautiful Destin/Emerald Coast - rent this condo you will not be disappointed!

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely condo for several nights, and enjoyed all the comforts of home. The unit was very tastefully decorated in keeping with the ocean theme, and the kitchen contained all the necessities for the gourmet cook. Bagels on the balcony each morning was a highlight of our visit because the view was absolutely breathtaking! In fact, with the big screen TV, DVD, and CD players, we opted to stay in most evenings. The entire experience was relaxing, the condo was everything we wanted, and we felt safe and secure in this building. Pools, hot tubs, fitness center, perfectly landscaped grounds....gorgeous! We highly recommend that you visit this slice of heaven on Earth!.

Beautiful place with super views in a first class, convenient building. Well appointed and furnished in great condition; it even has wireless internet and a big screen HDTV! Perfect beach is easily accessible, and we enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool (in December) and gym. It is like a new condo; I highly recommed it!
