Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: For any cancellation that is more than 90 days prior to the check in date, there will be a $100 fee deduction from your Rental Deposit. The optional travel insurance is not refundable. If the cancellation occurs 31 to 90 days prior to the check in date, the Rental Deposit will be retained. If the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival, the full balance will be retained for the owner of the property.
