Close to Disneyworld. Mr.Mickey and Ms.Minnie never dreamed of such a mouse house! More than 3,200 square feet of luxurious quiet comfort in a secure community near the junction of highways 192 and 27 – minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, restaurants, grocery shopping, and many fine courses to chase that little white ball. Our spacious home is located in peaceful rolling orange grove country just to the west of the Disneyworld theme parks.
Since words cannot adequately convey what you may expect in our very welcoming home, we invite you to “walkabout and thru” our villa via our 360 degree virtual tour. See for yourself the clean richly appointed rooms that will welcome you each time you enter. Both master suites have jetted Jacuzzi tubs. You can view the nightly Disneyworld fireworks display from the upstairs bedrooms if you are too exhausted to stay in the parks. Your youngsters will love the princess and Mr.Mickey Mouse/Buzz Lightyear twin bedrooms. For indoor activites we have a games room with a foosball table, magnetic dartboard, and TV. How about a couple mile ride on our stationary exercise bike? There are several board games and many childrens movies to enjoy. We have a queen size sleeper sofa in the games room that we do not include in our official "sleeping space" description. There are, of course, cable access TV’s in all bedrooms of our home.
All amenities (dishes, cookware, crib, highchair, strollers, linens, pool toys, etc.) await your arrival. There’s even a cooler and a jug for ice should you decide to take a lunch into the park! (Lockers are available in all parks.)
Our home faces west so prepare to enjoy a warm sunny breakfast on the completely screen enclosed covered lanai. Feel free to take a swim in our large pool or relax in the attached spa before you start your busy day or after your return home following the day’s activities.

After researching well over 500 rental properties online (in the Orlando area), we determined that this property was the one that we would rent for our trip. Usually, our family stays in Five Star hotels when we travel. Our standards for a rental home are similar to that of the hotels that we rent. This house exceeds all the criteria we have for top hotels.
Having the ability to cook our own meals, swim in a private pool, sleep in luxurious bedrooms, and have the conveniences of home makes all the difference when traveling as a family. This home has all of the above. The added bonus of having a smoke-free and pet free environment also makes this house a great choice.
In addition to a gorgeous living environment, the prime factor that contributed to a fantastic vacation was the service provided by the owners of the home. The Sampson's went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answer all of our questions. We will return for years to come because of the way we were treated.
If you don't want to leave your vacation to chance, this property will ensure a great experience in Orlando.

We had a great time during our stay in this house on our trip to Florida. The owners were very gracious and made us feel like it was our own home during the stay. The pool was extremely enjoyable and it had plenty of pool toys for the kids. The house was nicely decorated and had an extremely "at home" feel to it. We felt very secure in the neighborhood and were happy the house had a pool alarm to monitor the kids. The staff was very friendly at the main office and very helpful, they went on the internet and printed tickets we had purchased for Sea World and Busch Gardens. The house very clean when we arrived and it even had resort bath robes in the closets of the master suites. I also thought it was nice gesture of of the owners to send a welcome package with start up essentials for the house. I will definetly rent this house again when we return to Florida and highly recommend it to friends and family. Thanks again to the Sampson's.

| Deposit: A combination reservation/damage deposit of $250 is required to reserve your dates with the balance due being received at least 30 days prior to your visit. Your damage deposit will be refunded following the cleaning of the home and verification by management that no damage to the home has occurred during your stay. Personal checks and moneyorders received more than 30 days before arrival are accepted for payments. Tax: 12% Cancellations and Refunds: If 30 days or more cancellation notice is given all funds are returned. If less than 30 days cancellation notice is given your $250 deposit is forfeited. If less than 14 days cancellation notice is given all funds are forfeited. If your balance due is not paid by in full more than 30 days before arrival, we reserve the right to open our calendar to secure a replacement booking for your dates. If we secure a replacement booking for your dates, all funds are returned. Other Fees: Pool heat is $30 per day plus 12% tax. For stays of 6 or more nights the cleaning fee is $75 plus tax.
