This was an excellent, affordable house for our large group. The great thing is that the house is so big that we never felt cramped, and we had 13 in our group.
It's on a great corner lot which is excellent for kids because it gives them more space to play outside when they don't feel like swimming. The Ice Cream Truck comes around every day which is a nice touch for the kids. We don't have Ice Cream Trucks where we're from so the kids freaked right out.
David was excellent to deal with and we had no problems. We are going to book this again for our next Florida Vacation as it seems to be the biggest one I can find within our budget.
The location is perfect with quick and easy drive to anything you need (Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Publix), plus the Amusement Parks, easy access to highways if you're planning on going to the beach for the day.
The beds and furnishings are comfortable. Pool heat worked, BBQ got a lot of use and there was nothing missing that we needed.
We are booking this house for our next Florida Vacation.
