This luxury holiday villa has 5 bedrooms and its own pool with an enclosure and a lanai (shaded porch) so you can enjoy a swim in the pool without getting too hot. The pool has woodland overlook & in the evenings has views of the disney fireworks. The villa is located near all of Orlando, Florida's major theme parks, attractions and a choice of golf courses.
Our Luxury Holiday Villa features two master bedrooms with en-suites.Two further large bedrooms with a shared bathroom and bedroom five which is to the front of the house has a queen double bed.
The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, our home also features the following:

*Games room (located in the garage area).

The community has a large supermarket, pharmacy, post office and bank at it's entrance and there is a New Super WalMart less than half mile from our home on HW27 at Cagans Crossing.
There are plenty of places to eat from fine dining to fast food, within 5 minutes of the home you have, The Longhorn Steakhouse, Chilli's, Gators Dockside, Olive Garden and Devany's Irish Bar & Grill.
The fast food lovers have a choice of McDonalds, Burger King, KFC & Wendy's to name a few. If your a coffee lover Starbucks is only a short drive away.
We are only 10-20 minutes from all main Disney parks and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, making it the ideal base for your holiday in Florida.

The main lounge leads out to the pool area. It is open plan with the dining room and has a vaulted ceiling.
Master one
The Main master bedroom has a n ensuite with double walk in shower with seat. The bedroom also has a walk in closet.
Master two
The 2nd master bedroom has an ensuite with single walk in shower.
Dolphin Twin room
Twin room with a Dolphin Theme is located next to the main bathroom.

Without your help in planning our honey moon we
would not have had the honey moon of our dreams.
The support you receive from the minute you book
the villa from start to finish is an excellent service.
The villa itself is to some up in one word 'comfort'.
Each room is decorated beautifully and feels brand
new due to its cleanliness. The villa is packed with
all the equipment and materials you need for a
comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool itself was
a big hit for us and we would also enjoy sitting out
beside the pool at night time with a glass of wine
watching the beautiful lit pool and fire works from
disney land. The area itself is very private and you
feel very secure. It's located a small distance from
all the parks and shopping malls. We just can't wait
wait wait to go back to the villa.

We rented the Dolphin Villa and spent March Break 2011 with the whole family. This was our second time renting this beautiful and very spacious home. The location is ideal close to Disney and all the attractions and is situated in a clean quiet neighbourhood close to a Wal-Mart Superstore, many restaurants and gift shops.

My family recently stayed a your home and found it to be everything you advertised it to be. The five bedrooms-3 baths allowed four families to each have some privacy (tv in each bedroom) plus a bathroom in 3 bedrooms. There were 7 adults and four children ages, 11,9,7 and 18 months old. The pool was perfect and we were able to see the fireworks from Disney World in the evening. The laundry was a plus! Thank you for providing such a great place to vacation and I hope we can take advantage of it again next year.

We stayed at the Paul's Dolphin Villa in June of 2007 for our annual Disney trip. We had stayed at another home previously that was not available last year. We won't be returning to the other home. Paul keeps the Dolphin Villa so nice and clean and well-stocked.

We stayed at the Dolphin Villa in January of 2006. There were 5 adults and 3 children in total. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. Paul & Marianne have made this home a truly magnificent place to stay in. It's more than just a hotel or rental house, it's a home. They take pride in making sure all the occupants have the comforts of home, and then some. We recently returned to Disney, but their home was booked so we tried another place; what a mistake that was. From now on we only go if, and when, their home is available! I want to thank them for giving us such a nice place to return to each day, it was warm, inviting and so relaxing. It really helped make our first experience to Orlando and Disney World the absolute best it could be. I highly recommend staying here...it's just a beautiful, cozy home with many extra amenities for the whole family to enjoy :-) Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

We stayed at Dolphin Villa in March 2007 for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minuite of it. There were 9 of us in total and found there was plenty of room to move about. The villa and furnishings were top notch and within easy reach of everything including a winnedixie and wallmart. Paul the owner was very helpfull at all times. Would not hesitate to stay there again, but will need to win the lottery before going back to America( 4 children Lol). Enjoy your stay.
