The journey to Disney World is approximately 10 to 15 minutes, with all other attractions within easy reach. Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, shops and golf courses are nearby, and a Walmart Supercenter is located minutes away!
The pool and spa are south facing so you have the benefit of the wonderful Florida sun shining on the pool area from morning to early evening. The pool can be used at anytime of the day or night; at night the pool can be lit with colour changing LED lights. There is a built in spa which has the added bonus of additional air therapy jets. The pool may be heated for an additional charge.
There is also the covered lanai / patio complete with a patio table and six chairs; perfect for breakfast or evenings, as well as a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun. Sun loungers are also provided.
My home also boasts a fully air-conditioned games room comprising 8 ft pool table, 8ft air hockey table and electronic dartboard.

Amenities: Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bath tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar.
Cable TV is available in the living / family room and all of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console, DVD player, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use.
A cot, high chair, 2 strollers and bed guard, if required, are provided at no extra charge.
A secure WI-FI Internet connection is available.
A gas Barbecue Grill is provided at no extra cost to you.
A safe is installed to store your valuables.
Sunrise Lakes also has a communal pool and childrens play area.
Please note that inside the villa is a strictly non smoking area. Also, no pets please.

This was even better than the description would suggest, We were blown away by how lovely this place was. We had stayed in Florida previously in a villa, and this was by far superior!
The home is spacious, clean, excellently furnished and has all the equipment we could possibly need, and more. Everything is done to an extremely high standard.
The whole booking process was seamless, and we felt able to ask any question of the owner, no matter how silly it may seem. The responses were prompt and informative.
The location of the home is perfect for the attractions, a mere 15 minutes to the entrance of Walt Disney World. It is in a very quiet location, but within easy access of local amenities i.e. supermarkets, restaurants etc.
This is the perfect location for a trip to Florida, and one which we would recommend to anyone. It is perfectly located, and has everything you could need and more!
