Hi Michael,

I am back home in Duluth, MN now in 10 degree weather and wishing I were back on the beach. My suntan started to fan the minute my feet hit the jet way on the plane arriving back in Minnesota.

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful accommodations in unit 176 at Runaway Bay. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was fabulous the whole week we were there. We got to enjoy the pool several days. Beautiful pool. Everyone we met there was so friendly and nice. The condo itself was great. Nicely decorated and had all the supplies we needed in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. Great place. Would certainly recommend it to my friends.

Just wanted to let you know how much we liked the condo and our stay there. We loved ,loved, loved it! It was just perfect,from the set up,to really being just a stones throw to the beach. Being the clean freak I am, it was great to stay somewhere, where it felt like home. We would definately stay there again, but hopefully we could fly down next time. We live in Nashville, so it was quite a drive. You truly have a gem of a place, and look forward to the day we can come back. We are very envious of you, you get to live on that beautiful island, but we did get some nice pics to enjoy.

I meant to e-mail you before now, but we haven't quite adjusted to the time change yet!!

Thanks for the use of the condo. It really was so nice to 'come home' to such a nice place at the end of each day. We really did have a wonderful stay. An interesting article - I hope it doesn't lead to a great influx of visitors, we like it as it is, although I suppose that is a selfish view.

We went to the theatre to see the Island Players - we can recommend the experience to visitors. One disappointment was a visit to Rotten Ralph's. It really has gone down in our estimation. However, we did enjoy eating at the Sandbar at the top of the island. I thought their cajun shrimp was just the best ever.

Weather here hasn't been too bad since we returned, although not quite Florida style.

Hope we shall get to see you in November.

We've just got back home and I wanted to send you a message saying how much we enjoyed our holiday in your condo.

Although we have been to the USA many times before, this was the first time we had tried what we in the UK call self-catering. previously we had always stayed in hotels. Consequently, we were a little bit unsure as to what to expect, especially as we were 'booking' thru an individual rather than a 'corporate'.

However, I have to say that the holiday exceeded our expectations. We thought the condo was delightful. In fact, we didn't see anyplace better or even equal to it on the Island. Not that we were particularly looking, but we just observed what we saw as we drove and walked around. My wife particularly liked the complex (Runaway Bay): it was on ahuman scale and well land-scaped. The pool was a real bonus as was the water feature - I dont know if you would call it a stream or a lake or a pond - which attracted the egrets, herons and ibises.

We were really impressed by the comprehensiveness ( if that's the right word) of the furnishings and fittings and paraphernalia of the condo; and it's immaculate decor and presentation.

All in all we had a wonderful holiday and I'd like to thank you for it. If you ever need a reference, don't hesitate to nominate me.
