Condo Rentals Reviews for Condo in Paradise in Anna Maria IslandMarch 07, 2011Reviewer: April and Mike From: Martinsburg, PAWe are currently staying in the condo. The condo is located mid way between Cortez and Manatee Ave which makes it convenient to leave or enter the island. It is located just across the street from the beach which is very convenient. It is very clean and well equipped. Tom and Lyn have been very good to work with and replaced a coffee pot quickly that was not working well. We have already booked this condo for 2012. I stayed at this condo two times last year and Tom & Lyn were great. They met us at the condo when we arrived and answered any questions we had. The condo was immaculate and the beach was incredible.
