This was a very roomy, clean condo in a very safe location. We enjoy walking and put on about 8 miles a day on the beach and walkways. Because of the very convenient free trolleys on the island, we only used a half tank of gas for the week, including the trip to and from the Tampa airport.

We are currently staying in the condo. The condo is located mid way between Cortez and Manatee Ave which makes it convenient to leave or enter the island. It is located just across the street from the beach which is very convenient. It is very clean and well equipped. Tom and Lyn have been very good to work with and replaced a coffee pot quickly that was not working well. We have already booked this condo for 2012. The condo is also just a short distance from the Bay and has an excellent view of NASA launches when the weather is clear.

I stayed at this condo two times last year and Tom & Lyn were great. They met us at the condo when we arrived and answered any questions we had. The condo was immaculate and the beach was incredible. It was the best vacation we have had.

My husband and just got back from our vacation and stayed at this condo. This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. Just walked across the street and beached it! Everything was PERFECT! What a great time. If you stay on the island we recommend you stay here!

We stayed there and it was great being close to the beach and fun stuff to do close buy. Enjoyed just relaxing and sight seeing around the area. Our daughter enjoyed playing at the ocean and playing in the sand. Which was just across the street.
