Things to Do in Europe
With so many countries from which to choose it is unlikely that one trip to Europe will allow you to see everything you want to see. While some people choose to travel with a tour group, this option doesn't allow travelers much time to be in one spot nor does it allow you to pick the spots you wish to see.
London is a rather old but also very modern city with plenty of things to do and places to go. One of the best parts of London is renting a car is optional since you can get every place you want to do traveling on the bus or "tube." You can sightsee along the Thames, visit Madame Trousseau's Wax Museum, the Rock Museum, the London Zoo and many of the old castles that surround the city. While it is unlikely you can enter Buckingham Palace, you can see the exquisite gardens, and if you are there at the right time of the year you will see the changing of the guards during the queen's birthday celebration.
Paris offers a great deal for visitors as well. In addition to Euro Disney there are plenty of museums and other attractions including the Eiffel Tower. Shopping is an essential part of your trip to Paris where you can get a glimpse at the fashions that will soon be infiltrating the United States.
Other places you may wish to see during your trip to Europe include historic Rome, the Netherlands with its beautiful windmills, Switzerland and the Alps, and much more. There is probably not enough time for a traveler to see everything there is to see in Europe, but you can certainly fill up your days trying!
Book Your European Vacation
Once you decide where you want to go you are ready to search for vacation villas for rent by owner. You will save a great deal of money no matter where you travel—much better to spend the money enjoying the sights and participating in fun activities than spending it on a room where you will only sleep and shower.
