It has been renewed, refurbished and decorated with stylish comfortable and modern furniture, with nice bright spacious living room with comfortable sofas which opens up to a covered terrace with tropical wood flooring, outside seating and plants. One bedroom with two single beds and lots of closet space . With a design complete bathroom with bathtub and one half bathroom with toilet. Colour TV, radio CD, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Central heating and ceiling fan. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cot for babies upon request.

During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have: a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100% minimum stay required is of three nights Booking fee: 10 euros; Cleaning service: one-time fee of 55 euros for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay; Breakage or damage deposit: 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.
