During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have: a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100% minimum stay required is of three nights Booking fee: 10 euros; Cleaning service: one-time fee of 55 euros for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay; Breakage or damage deposit: 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done. |
