Prices quoted are for 2 people. For each extra person 25 US Dollars (up to six people) For more information on respect to pricing, please contact the owner. During special events, fairs, congresses and holidays the apartments may have: a surcharge, a longer minimum stay, an obligatory prepayment of 100% minimum stay required is of three nights Booking fee: 10 euros; Cleaning service: one-time fee of 55 euros for apartment-cleaning at the end of your stay; Breakage or damage deposit: 200 euros as a guarantee for the flat that must be paid in cash on arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been done.

Cancellations and Refunds:
The 30% pre-payment is not refundable under any circumstances. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 31 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. If the client cancels or changes the booking between 0 and 30 days before the beginning of the rental period there is a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservation of the apartment. No Show: - If the client does not arrive at all, his credit card will be charged for the remaining amount of the booking, resulting in the full amount for the reservation being paid. - It is strongly recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. - Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our aforementioned clear and simple cancellation policy.
