Located at 34973 Belle Road, three blocks from a beautiful state park beach.
Frequently used for family reunions and group retreats. Sleeping spaces for 28 people.
Beach parking available with 2 permits. House is located on scenic lagoon with boat dock. Water views from three sides of house. Large back deck is fenced in with gates for pets and/or children and has four dining tables, lawn chairs, and gas grill. Crabbing available off back deck and boat dock.
Upper level front porch has porch furniture and lovely view of lagoon. House is designer decorated with beach-style rattan furniture. Dogs allowed on lower level of house only, but no cats.
House has telephone and wireless internet service.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom: queen-sized bed, twin daybed with trundle, chest of drawers, desk, TV/VCR,DVD player, card table, phone, private bathroom with shower, porch off of bedroom with lagoon view.
Bedroom #2: Queen-sized bed, set of bunk beds, desk.
Bedroom #3: Queen-sized bed, dresser
Living room: two queen-sized sleeper couches, TV/VCR/DVD 500 cable TV, stereo player with CD/cassette tape/record/radio player, board games
Dining area: dining table that seats 10; kitchen bar seats two more. Card table from back bedroom seats 4 more.
Lower level:
Bedroom #4: King-sized bed (can be split into two twins), dresser, desk, phone, TV/DVD/VDR player

Den has kitchenette area for fixing food with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and dining table for 6.
There are two outside stairways to the ground level, one in the front of the house and one in the back of the house. There is no inner stairway as the house was originally built as a summer home.
Washer/dryer on both levels of house Plenty of bed linens and towels available for all beds and sleeper couches, stored in house, but must be washed prior to departure. Linens are not washed by cleaning service.
There are two central heating and air-conditioning units, one for each level of the house.

House is on lagoon, three blocks from beach. Children can catch crabs off boat dock.

Upper level dining table seats 10. Two more can sit at the kitchen bar. A card table brought in from the bedroom can add 4 more seats.

Fenced-in and gated back deck has four dining tables, lounge chairs, and gas grill for family dinners.

Upper level front porch has beautiful view of lagoon. Porch has 3 rocking chairs, 4 arm chairs, and dining table.

Living room has stereo player and 500-channel cable TV with premium movie channels and DVD/tape/VHS player.

| Taxes are already included in these rental rates. Cleaning fee is required and is extra at $200. All weekends are a three-night minimum rental. Weekends are the same price whether you rent for 2 or 3 nights. Thanksgiving holiday weekend is a four-night minimum rental. Any nights rented beyond the minimum major holiday rates drop back to off-season rental rates. Nonrefundable reservation deposit of $100 is due within 2 weeks of the date on the rental contract. Then 50% is due (minus the $100 deposit) within 4 weeks of the date on the contract. The balance is due 5 weeks prior to the rental date. |
