We're just 3/4 of a mile from Sea Colony's private beach, close enough to walk or take advantage of Sea Colony's shuttle (in season only) that makes frequent stops by our parking lot. The town of Bethany Beach is only a mile away with it's many shops, restauants and boardwalk along the beach. For even closer shopping and restaurants, the Sea Colony Marketplace is just a short walk away.
Conveniently located on the first floor level, this Veranda-style unit with wrap-around screened porch provides ideal southern exposure for striking sunrise and sunset views over the pines. Professionally redecorated, recent upgrades include, but not limited to: plush wall-to-wall carpet, updated gas fireplace, a 40" Sony flat screen LCD TV in the living room, Wii, DVD/VCR, flat screen LCD TV in each bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa, textured ceramic master bath flooring and new premium box springs/mattresses for the master and guest bedrooms.

Since the beach is private owned by Sea Colony, it is kept exceptionally clean compared to others along the Mid-Atlantic shore.

We went fishing for flounder, we went crabbing, we went to the bonfire, we played mini golf, we went to Assawoman state park and climbed the observation tower. The weather was great, the ocean was warm, and we swam at the beach every day. We even saw a whale! I can't wait to come back next year!"
