Professionally decorated, recent major improvements for 2009-10 include (but not limited to) the following: new plush wall-to-wall carpet, new queen sleeper sofa, new gas fireplace, updated premium queen Serta mattress in the master bedroom and a Sony Bravia 40" flat screen LCD TV. The beautiful private beach & tennis community features an unmatched offering of amenities including 12 pools (2 indoors), 34 tennis courts (12 Har-Tru clay & 4 indoors), two Fitness Centers (with indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, saunas, whirlpool and gym), childrens programs, commmunity shuttle, hiking and bike trails and more. Sea Colony is also ranked by Tennis Magazine as #10 out of the 50 Greatest U.S. Tennis Resorts and #13 in the world. We are located less than 3 hours from Wash D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia and New Jersey.

Payment Options:  Money Order  Personal Check Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of lease execution and the balance is due 60 days before rental start date. In the event the lease is executed within 60 days of rental, payment in full is required. Cancellations and Refunds: Refund due to cancellation is contingent on landlord finding a replacement tenant for that rental period.
