We require a minimum of one nights rent for a security deposit. It is refundable as per rental agreement. A reservation fee is required on all rentals which is non refundable. Security deposits and reservation fees are due in cash at check in or by check in advance. All rent is due in advance at check in or before.
HOLIDAY RATES MAY BE HIGHER THEN POSTED. ALL RATES-FEES-DEPOSITS-TAXES-CLEANING-LINENS FEES ARE SUBJECT TO BE CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE.
