CATALINA MOUNTAINS
Rancho Sin Vacas (Ranch without Cows) is
an exclusive community in the northern
Foothills area of Tucson. It features 24
hour security on the front gate, spacious
open spaces among adobe homes, forty foot
saguaro cactus plants, unobstructed views
of the Catalina Mountains which back the
community and a distant night-time view of
the city lights below and to the south.
We have two villas that each sleep four.
NOTE:THE VILLAS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NON-
VAPING PREMISES. SMOKE OR VAPE OUTSIDE ON
THE BACK PATIO.
The villas are 1000 and 1200 square foot,
two bedroom, one/two bathroom condominiums
that are part of the larger Sin Vacas
community. The villas have characteristic
adobe architecture and are complete with a
full kitchen, clothes washer and dryer,
air conditioning, furnace, fireplace,
patio, barbeque, and patio lounge
furniture. High speed internet (WIFI) is
available. The villas are furnished in
contemporary Southwestern style. The
Master bedroom has a king sized bed and
the guest bedroom is finished with two
twin beds. The view from the condos are
stunning, especially highlighting the
Catalina Mountains, saguaros, mesquite
trees, and distant views of valleys and
ridges common to the Foothills region.

The condominium association shares a club
house, heated pool and hot tub in a
central area accentuated with palm trees.
The community is quiet, and one feels
secure walking the roads and pathways in
the early morning or late evening.
Animals indigenous to the high dessert
abound in Sin Vacas and quail, rabbits,
doves, owls, and even javelinas are
commonly sighted around the villa itself.
We require one or more month contracts. We
are especially looking for couples who
like to return to the villas annually, and
enjoy fitting into the Sin Vacas community
easily and anticipate meeting old friends
each time they returned.
Special rates may be negotiated if you
rent the villa in the high season and
return during the low season for a second
visit.
