Step out your back door and find yourself in a lush beautiful garden with rich green grass, mature trees, colorfully scented flowers and flowing fountain. Listen to the birds sing and relax in your own little world seperate from the city that surrounds you. Not exactly what you'd expect in the middle of the desert thus the name "Desert Retreat". This yard is shared with the "Desert Retreat Guesthouse", a 2 bedroom 1 bath that is equally as charming and also for rent. Please inquire!

| GEM & MINERAL SHOW GUESTS:
There is a 20% up-charge & a 2 week (14 day) minimum stay starting January 27 thru February 12. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and totally refundable if canceled 91 days prior to arrival less a $100.00 processing fee. 90 days prior to arrival, the balance of your reservation is due & all monies become non-refundable unless we can re-rent the property without any loss in revenues. Should that be the case, we will be happy to refund the difference less a $200.00 processing fee.

| Deposits: | A 50% deposit due at time of booking. If you need to change or cancel your booking, it must be done 31 days prior to arrival as the balance of your rental rate will automatically be charged to your credit card on file, 30 days prior to your arrival. At that time, your total payment becomes non-refundable.
A $150.00 (Cash Only)Cleaning Deposit is required at time of arrival. Any & all loss or damage to this property or it's contents during your stay or any excessive expense incurred in cleaning this property, over your original deposit, will automatically be charged to the credit card we have on file for you.
Any replacements or repairs will be handled ONLY by management. Please report breakage or loss as it happens so that we might take care of it immediately for your comfort & convenience and that of others that may arrive after your departure.
