Area is very quiet and peaceful in a second home owners area that are there to enjoy the cool clean air and the peaceful mountain nights.
Close to Golf, fishing, hiking in the summer and snow mobiling in the winter. The antiqing is neat too. Markets are 10 minutes away. Located an easy 2 and 1/2 hours from Phoenix, 1 hour from Payson off HWY #260.
