| Rates are for 2 guests. $10 additional per extra guest per night. Children 10 and under stay free. Holidays are priced somewhat higher and have longer minimum stays. Please inquire.

| Deposits: | | A $300 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment for all nights reserved and cleaning fee payable two weeks before your reservation. Security deposit is fully refundable. Any items missing or damaged will be deducted from your deposit or charged to your account. Linens and laundry service are provided. | | Lodging Tax: 6.05% | | Cleaning Fee: $75.00 | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | If you have to cancel and we are able to re-book the days you reserved, you will receive a full refund.
If we are unable to re-book your reserved dates your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. You also have the option of applying your deposit to another available date.
Within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to re-reserve your dates.
Reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s must be cancelled three months in advance to receive a refund of the deposit.
