3 day minimum. $350.00 refundable security deposit $250.00 per night. winter rate is $225.00 per night(10 people)winter holidays $250.00 nightly, summer & fall holidays $275.00 per night. $90.00-120.00 one time- cleaning fee, seperate from security deposit.standard cleaning-if extensive added fee! if complete cancellation of stay, will keep full security deposit.Will always try to reschedule time needed.

4 bedrooms-king-queen-full-3 twins-3 futon couches. 2 full baths with large vanity areas, (sleeps 10 comfortably) 20x50 great room with fireplace overlooking lake, stone picnic table, park-like flat yard,very family friendly! completely stocked kitchen, towells and linens, new mattresses, dishes,etc. complete remodel inside/out. no phones here, so bring your own if needed, also no inside smoking or pets allowed.Bright colors and decor throughout home, large 2,500 sq. ft. this is one of Guntersville's hidden jewells, check us out & you will make this an annual event!
