This duplex is located in downtown Presque Isle on Little Horsehead Lake. The home is on Trail 6, and has ample parking for trucks and trailers. The house is located only 1 mile from the U.P., and gas, food and phone are nearby. Both units include refridgerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, TV with satellite and linens (bring your own towels.) Upstairs unit also includes pizza oven.

The view of lake is great from this unit's deck and the dock/lake frontage is very attractive. This would be a good place for a family to get away spring thru fall (not just for snowmobilers). We especially enjoyed use of the canoe on the lake. Several paths and trails for biking are within a 45 minute drive. Just a few complaints: Shades in the bedrooms are too transparent at night. Kitchen has a stovetop but no oven - a charcoal BBQ grill on the huge deck keeps this from being a real problem. More plates and a few bowls would be nice.
