Reservation Deposit: Half of the rent is due at the time of making your reservation to secure your dates.
Payment of Rent: Balance of rental payment plus $900 security deposit is due one week (7 days) prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: A $900 security deposit is required and must be paid, along with the balance of the rental payment, 7 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be reimbursed upon successful inspection of property and belongings by property manager/owner. If there is no damage found to property and belongings, the security deposit will be returned within approximately 21 business days from the check-out date.

A cancellation may be made by telephone only.
- If the cancellation is made and we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the reservation deposit minus a $300 cancellation fee.
