| Summer rates are in effect Memorial Day through Labor Day and are based on an 12 person occupancy. There is a 5 night minimum during the summer timeframe and rates are $795/night. Off season rates have a 2 night minimum and rates are $695/night. Holidays are subject to summer rates. |
