What do you look for in a vacation property? Over the past ten years, we have taken one of Whidbey best sandy beach properties, and built a vacation compound par excellence.
- Sandy beach? Yes. While many beach properties on the islands over 50" of frontage, we have 155" of sandy beachfront. You are free to stroll for miles in either direction.
- Westfacing for sunsets? Check. We face southwest, so enjoy year-round sunsets over Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains.

- Fabulous bedrooms? Yes! Every bedroom is newly remodeled, with fine linens, new mattresses, fireplaces in 3 of the rooms, and top end finishes. Please see the photos...
- Spa-like facilities? Yes, a Hotsprings Hot Tub and a large steam room will warm you up, and a 40' private swimming pool is yours exclusively during summer months.
- Kitchen designed for entertaining? Feb 2010 marks the completion of our fabulous new kitchen, with group cooking in mind.
- Proximity to activities? Coupeville and Langley are both 15 minutes away, ideal tourist destinations. A State Park with fabulous hiking and walking trails is literally a 5 min walk away.
- Lawn for games? A huge lawn designed for volleyball games, croquet, bocce ball, and baseball is right at the beach.
- Kid friendly? Yes- the owners have 3 children themselves and games, toys and books are provided for all ages.
- Great comments from past guests, many of whom have made Whidbey Beachfront a yearly pilgrimage with the families or friends.

What a wonderful surprise for our 60th birthday! All were here from tiny Morgan to we aging parental units- the food was amazing, the wines splendid, the laughter constant, small kindnesses abounded, siblings sitting up late under a starry sky catching up w/each other's lives, cousins all tumbling like puppies and sleeping all warm and slightly sandy, firepit flames highlighting each happy face- reluctant good nights as we peel off to our various cozy nests of duvets and soft pillows. Daughters and daughters-in-love sneaking back to main house for just an edge of b'day cake, patient uncles being used a jungle gyms- beach exploring creating new "rivers" to the sound- And oh the sunset- splendiferous indeed- container ships slipping sliently thru the fog and emerging to gie small boys a delighted peek a boo. All this and more in this enchanted place- the perfect setting and your gracious home(s) provided the most wonderful backdrop to a fabulous family frolic. We shall return! P.S. The Weaver family of Seattle area celebrated the 50th anniversary of Bill and Ruth with their 3 children, 7 grandchildren (all here)- great family time- great food, great memories. The Tacoma Wheelmen's Bicycle Club had a great time at your gorgeous cabins. We bicycled to Langley and Coupeville on the backroad, shopped, talked, read, played Scrabble, and enjoyed watching the passing ships. We thoroughly enjoyed your famtastically appointed "compound" for our family gathering. 3 generations came from such exotic locales as Mt. Vernon, Bellingham, Cleveland OH, and Atlanta. Your "homes" offered something for every member of our family- 2 infants, a one year old, 2 four year olds, the parents and grandparents... From the wide variety of books of the shelves (not 1 but two copies of Ho Chi Min and the Tufts yearbook where we knew someone!) to the baby toys and even bath toys- every detail had been thought of! The highlights included midnight kayaking, marshmallow roasts (introducing Reese's peanut butter cups as a key ingredient!) and mud wrestling for the daddies.
