All brand new, cute cabin w/ loft and bunk house. All knotty pine interior wiht woodstove 10 feet from Lake Cavanaugh. 61' waterfront with dock and boat lift. Bring your own boat or ski doo. Moutain view and island view. Must walk-down hill to cabin. Not wheel chair assessible.
-Rental Age Limit: 25 years old.
-No Celluar Reception in this area, please bring phone card for phone usage.
-No television reception, bring video tapes for entertainment.
-Water in cabin is provided from local lake and is processed with a water purfication system. Water is 99.9% purfied. Bring your own water as discretion.

The cabin is new with fine wood work and a separate sleeping area for children. The lake is a jewel, peaceful and quiet when we were there in mid-June. Very relaxing. Swimming and boating are outstanding. Weather was delightful, with highs in the low 70s, and high-60s, and lows in the 50s, with very little rain. We took a sidetrip on the Amtrack train from nearby Mt. Vernon to Vancouver B.C., and saw 20 bald eagles, one with a three-foot-long fish in its talons. I would highly recommend this rental.
