Refund of the advanced rental payment will be made to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this contract, minus Paypal fee.
If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Tax: 0% Cleaning Fee: $0.00 Cancellations and Refunds: To hold the room: 50% down 60 days prior to arrival and remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Payment by PayPal is preferred.
