| Deposits: | | Reservation deposits are not refundable within 60 days of check-in date, unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same rate and time period. In the event of cancellation with less than 30 days notice, security deposit will be forfeited.
Refund of the advanced rental payment will be made to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this contract, minus Paypal fee.
