This will be our fifth season at this condo. Everything is as clean and well kept as the first year we vacationed here. The owners take immaculate care of the property, and supply everything you need, from beach chairs and boogie boards to bikes. It is the best of both worlds -- located in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood that is just a short walk to the beach. A large hot tub and a big back yard for the kids to play in is a great perk!

This house is WONDERFUL! We have stayed two years and plan on many more. The home is spotless, it is a very short bike ride or walk to the beach, and best of all nearly everything is provided for you from beach chairs to towels to a portable crib and bikes! It is the lightest we have traveled for a vacation in years.

Our family has stayed at this beach House for two years in a row. It is very clean and accomadating. The owners are very efficient with any questions or problems. The shed is not mentioned but holds bikes, beach needs, and yard games. We are planning on returning again! Many great memories!

We had a wonderful time in Virginia Beach. The place was nice!! Very spacious and clean! I enjoyed the hot tub and took a bike ride with the bikes provided. The neighborhood was great, too. So many trees and pretty flowers this time of year!

We were very impressed when we arrived at the condo. It was very clean and very 'homey' feeling. We had a total of 6 adults with us and there was more than enough room. Just about everything was furnished for us (i.e. ironing board, sheets, towels, beach towels, bikes, books, magazines....and the list goes on). The location is great. It's just minutes away from everything. I give this rental 5 stars and would definately recommend it.
