Absolutely loved this rental ...it was very clean and had everything you want for a home away from home. Lovethe quiet family friendly neighborhood. The beach was a very short walk away and many activities for the teenages very close by. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. If we come back that way in the future we will defineately rent from again. Thanks so much!!

Location, location, location! We were there 2009-Aug-01 through 2009-Aug-08 inclusive; what a treat - full duplex residence with 3bdrms, 2 baths, all the amenities you need. A 6-minute walk to the beach or load the car with all your gear and park on 57th St east of Atlantic - free parking and walk from there with all your beach stuff.
Unit is two storeys and clean as a whistle - mom would be proud! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This was a fabulous rental! The cleanest, sharpest, roomiest rental for it's price. I would definitely stay here again anytime. Enjoy it!! We sure did!! It's a short drive to the beach, but we had no trouble with parking.

This rental was wonderful! A home away from home. Very comfortable and clean. It was a short walk to the beach, short drive to the boardwalk area. The home is on a quiet block, and what neighbors we did see were very pleasant. I highly recommend the home. If we vacation again in Virgina Beach, we would come back here. There were a lot of nice touches. A great place to relax and have some family time.

This place was gorgeous! There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space! plenty of room for 2 cars. The perfect getaway! The house was spacious and I loved the lay out! There was plenty of space and the furniture was comfortable, the beds were so comfortable the bathrooms were easily accesible and spacious! It was a quick walk to the beach, (crossing the road could be tricky at times, but we never stood for more than just a couple minutes). The beach front wasn't too crowded, there was always space, it was a hike to the trolley, I recommend finding metered parking and then ride the trolley; it was ALWAYS cheaper to park at metered parking and ride the trolley than to park in the little parking lots. It was very close to farm fresh, the local grocery store, which was cheaper than harris teeter (but they had the BEST sweet tea). CVS was close by for anything you could need. Overall, I LOVED this place and I think we'll rent again next summer! Best Location for the best price!

The place was very spacious and clean.
We never heard the neighbors.
The neighborhood was quiet and a very nice area.
We recommend this place for families because there was a big living/dining room area which we used for our much needed family time together.
Can't say enough about this great vacation get away.
The beach was right down the street.
