Lodging Tax: 8 % Cancellations and Refunds: Notice of cancellation must be in writing. If cancelled for any reason during the week the rental starts, the entire deposit is forfeited. If cancelled two weeks before the start of the rental period, the penalty is $200, and the remainder of your deposit will be returned. Other Fees: $200 damage deposit.
