We have spent wondrefull vacation at this condo. Clean, quiet, relaxing, 10 minutes walk from the beach, great place to stay !! Planning to get back.

Not sure what everyone thought was so great about this place. On our first day we went to the grocery store and bought all our breakfast and lunch food for the week (2 families). Upon waking up the first morning the refrigerator was at a balmy 54 degrees! $140 worth of milk, cheese, meat, eggs ect. ruined. Upon calling Lilian and her husband, we were told it worked and this could not happen it worked last week. They did get a new refrigerator but basically told us"your problem" about any reimbursment on the food. The neighbor and handyman saw the temp. in the fridge and also agreed they would not eat it. Ok, if you rent this place be prepared to feel drunk as you walk around the house. The floors are so out of level that you will honestly have to concentrate on not hitting the walls when walking in the upstairs hallways! Oh, and not sure when the electrical was done, but I believe most of the upstairs is run on one circuit. Be prepared to flip breakers anytime you try and run a hairdryer in the bathroom with anything else at all on the 2nd floor (even the lights). The GFI breaker in the bathroom showed signs of excessive heat from the wiring. The outdoor shower was a rotted out poorly built stand that would fall over if you tried to hook the hose to it. Yes, if it was not falling apart, you would actually have to hook the hose up and use the cold water. Finally, if you want the feeling of being in a forest and not at the beach, the back yard is for you. The trees are a full canopy and does not have a beach feel. Overall, the house was clean and I would compare it to an older hotel/motel with cases of caulking smeared around the bathroooms. I believe there are much better values for the money and when I take the refusal to compensate us for the loss of our food, I would never stay there again. Vacationers Beware!

This will be our fifth season at this condo. Everything is as clean and well kept as the first year we vacationed here. The owners take immaculate care of the property, and supply everything you need, from beach chairs and boogie boards to bikes. It is the best of both worlds -- located in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood that is just a short walk to the beach. A large hot tub and a big back yard for the kids to play in is a great perk!

The internet doesn't do this "home" justice. It's absolutely wonderful! Fully equipped, very spacious, warm, and CLEAN. It's in a great area and the owner is very gracious and informative. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Virginia Beach. 07/06

This is the 2nd year we rented this condo. IT IS WONDERFUL!!! Everything we could want or need is always there. We love making our family memories in this home. It is clean and neat and our family had more fun. I hope everyone that stays enjoys it as much as we did.

This condo is amazing. There is such a homely feeling about it. We never wanted to leave!! Lillian is one of the nicest people to rent from and is absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a great vaction spot talk to Lillian cause I promise this condo will not disapoint you

The rental was amazing. The beach was almost in the back yard, and the boardwalk just a short distance away. Our family had a wonderful vacation. Couldn't ask for a nicer person to rent from! Thanks again.

We were very impressed when we arrived at the condo. It was very clean and very 'homey' feeling. We had a total of 6 adults with us and there was more than enough room. Just about everything was furnished for us (i.e. ironing board, sheets, towels, beach towels, bikes, books, magazines....and the list goes on). The location is great. It's just minutes away from everything. I give this rental 5 stars and would definately recommend it.
