Fabulous view of the ocean! This unit has also been completely redone. You'll wish you had this kitchen in your own home. It has everything you'd want and more. The deck is large enough to do more than just stand on, unlike some places. You'll love the view and enjoy sound of the waves. You'll also have all the conveniences of home. There is a refrigerator and oven as well as all the expected appliances you have at home. Did I mention the view! Not much else to say once you've seen the view.

All stays require a two night minimum on the weekend (Friday & Saturday) and 3 night minimum during the weekday (Sunday – Thursday) including one weekend night rentals. These rates are based on 2 people only for Ocean Front Studio and 4 people in the Pool View Studio. For additional people please add $15 per person per night up to 4 max for Ocean Front Studio and 6 persons max in the Pool View Studio. Until confirmed these rates are subject to change without notice.

| Deposits: | | An advance security deposit of $250 is required to reserve our home. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your stay. | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | A cancellation fee of $50 will apply if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled stay we will attempt to find another renter. If successful we will refund your deposit & payment, except for $100 which will be retained for the additional administration and advertising costs. In the event you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled stay and we are unable to rent to another party, your deposit will be refunded but your payment will not be refunded. Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control, and we will not refund payments for this reason. |
