NASCAR Race weekends & Trail Days Require a 2-night minimum stay.

Sunday - Thursday and Weekends 1st night rate is the required deposit for up to 3-night stay. For stays of 4-nights or more we require 1/2 of the total.

Special Event Weekends $220.00 per night provides for up to four occupants for a minimum stay of two nights. Two additional occupants are allowed at $55 per person per night. The first night stay of each booking is required for deposit to hold the cottage for you.

Deposits:
We must have the deposit within 5 calendar days from your booking request. We will hold the cottage booking for 5-days from your verbal request. Pet Deposit: We do allow pets. There is a $25 pet fee and a $75 damage deposit for each pet. For the cottage we define pets as "dogs". Please don't leave dogs unattended in the cottage. No more than two dogs for any stay. Please pickup after your dog.
Cancellations and Refunds:
The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellation after that , we will only refund your deposit if we can rebook the cottage.
