WELCOME TO PARADISE!
Imagine the soft sound of the Caribbean sea, and its warm
breeze caressing your face. As you lie on the sandy beach
looking out on to the sapphire waters, you are in paradise!
Take a swim in the sea, or at the pool, just steps from your
condo.
However you like to relax, from lying on the beach, to
snorkeling, water skiing, to sight seeing, you can. Sapphire
Beach is one of the most relaxing beaches in the Caribbean.
From the condo, you have a breathtaking view of the waters
and the beach. Inside, you have all the comforts of a one
bedroom apartment. The sleeping area can be enclosed by
wooden partitions, leading into a comfortable living area with
a full sized kitchen.
The resort houses two bars and two restaurants for your
convinience. A quick drive to nearby Red Hook links you to
ferries to the British Virgin Islands and St. John, as well as
markets, other restaurants and bars. Take a 20 minute ride to
Charlotte Amalie and you're in the shopping capital of the
Caribbean.
TRANSPORTATION:
When you arrive to St Thomas my representative on the
island, Sam Charles, will meet, great and present you with a
gift and keys to the condo. Sam will drive you to the condo
and will give you an informative introduction to the island.
Sam is the manager of the property and he will brief you on
Sapphire beach and the unit. In case you have any questions
or issues you can surely count on Sam or myself to assist you
on the matter.
SAPPHIRE beach MARINA
Sapphire beach Marina is located about 95 feet from the
condo. The Sapphire beach Marina offers one of the finest
marine facilities in the Caribbean. Located on the western rim
of lovely Pillsbury Sound, the marina is conveniently close to
both
St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Many of the finest sport
fishing boats in world are headquartered here. Yachts, sport
fishing boats, jet skis can be rented at very reasonable rates.
LOUNGES AND DIVE SHOP
We have negotiated with the dive shop free rental of beach
lounges, snorkeling equipment, water floats and wind serfs
for our guests.
ABOUT THE OWNER
My wife and I visited St. Thomas – Sapphire beach on our
honeymoon in 2003. Since then we keep coming to Sapphire
Beach every year. In 2007 we got the opportunity to buy a
condo here. We try to visit our condo at least couple of times
a year and we do our best to keep it in good condition.
RECENT UPGRADES.
On our last visit we upgraded our king size bed installed
brand new stainless full size refrigerator and brand new patio
furniture. We also refinished the wood on the deck. It looks
absolutely stunning along with our million dollar view.

life!
