Good size kitchen, formal dining room, cozy den, finished basement with pool table. Four bedrooms sleeping 8 total(2 bedrooms with queen size bed, 2 bedrooms with each having 2 twin beds).
Includes: 3-1/2 baths, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, oil heat, fireplace, TV with cable.
Misc: Season rental period is from 11/15/08 to 4/15/09. Price: $12,500
Tenant must be a family. Tenant responsible for utilities, plowing, trash, firewood, sheets, and towels. No smoking, no pets.
