Our cottages are situated directly on Lake Champlain on the Missisquoi Bay in West Swanton, Vermont. Located on a private road, each cottage has 60 feet of lake frontage, and faces Lake Champlain to the west, for great sunset views.



Included in the rental fee is a 14-foot aluminum boat (which is registered for use with your motor) and a 50-foot dock. A 3600-pound capacity boat hoist is available for an extra fee. A public boat access is less than one mile away.
