sleeper queen couch. Fully equipped kitchen with 1
stove, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 full size frig, 1
dishwasher. service for 12. 2 1/2 bathrooms fully
equipped with towels, rugs. 1 washer, 1 dryer. 2 TV's
1 in Home moviet Theater with 61 inch screen HD
with surround sound and 80 FREE DVD's for our
guests. 1 on main level with 50 Free VHS movies. 1
Game Room with 1 8FT slate Pool table and 1 8Ft
Air hockey table. 2 couches, 3 huge 6FT Foof bags,
1 gumball machine. 6 rockers on 8ft wide porches
plus 6 regular chairs. 1 charcoal grill, 1 hammock for
2 people, 1 wooden swing for 2 people. 1 high chair
and 1 portable crib upon request.

Enjoy this fabulous log home, which is nestled in 56
acres on the edge of the woods with Spectacular
views of the Mountains! This 4 SEASON "Hideaway"
Log cabin Is the perfect "retreat" for family and or
friends. We are just 2 miles from lake Champlain
where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing,
boating, jet skiing, water skiing and lots more! Take a
sail boat tour or a dinner cruise! We have lots of
hiking all around us. The cabin itself sits on 56
private acres of it's own for you to have a fun and or
romantic picnic with your loved ones! Walks etc...
We even provide the wicker picnic basket. Enjoy the
Hammock for 2 on our huge wrap around porch! In

For winter enjoyment, Look at these winter activities
nearby for your enjoyment! Dog sledding, ice skating,
snowman kit, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing,
sledding, snow shoeing & sleigh rides and more!

bottom floor has just been renovated into your own
PRIVATE movie

closed off from the rest of the house for quiet visiting

enjoyment! for TV on main floor. Home movie Theater
on bottom of our 4 floors.

The mountain and meadow views the log cabin offers
from the 8-Foot- wide wrap-around porches is super
while rocking in the antique rockers and/or swinging
in the swing. The sunsets from the porch are worth
the whole vacation!

Hot Tub rental available.
Pets welcome there is a weekly pet fee of $189 per
pet.

Jordan's 4 Season Mountain views Log cabin is in a
Beautiful natural setting for a relaxing and or active
vacation spring, summer, fall or winter. For your
relaxation The Cabin's is very peaceful and takes
you away from the stress of life, Yet close enough to
restaurants and stores to feel comfortable. We are
near Vermont's largest city, Burlington, yet far
enough away to feel you are away from it all.
Burlington is only 20 minutes north of our cabin.

With the large living room with cathedral ceiling, to
the fully equipped kitchen you won't want for
anything! Our bedrooms are furnished with warm
inviting furnishings and antiques... the mattresses are
all new pillow top beds -- Wonderful to sleep on!
Sheets are laced edge for that "Old Fashioned"
touch. Even the kids won't want to go home:)


We have provided Games for the children and Adults
alike and a Basket of pamphlets for you to browse
and decide what you'll do for your stay here in
Vermont. For guests with children, we offer the
opportunity to visit a REAL Vermont Dairy Farm
where they can go see hundreds of cows, visit the
baby calves, horses, rabbits, cats, dogs and
puppies. Should they wish, they can see the cows
milked too! This farm is the Real thing... Not a tourist
attraction -- only available to our guests upon
request.

For more than 10 guests there is an additional fee. Add 10% to rental fee during Holiday rental times We do accept pets there is a $25 a day per pet per day. $175 weekly. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Discover  Personal Check Deposits: 50% of rental fee is due at reservation. A $450 security deposit is held on a major credit card. Remaining balance due 2 months advace during non peak times and 10 weeks in advance during peak times. Security Deposit released after inspection on final day. Lodging Tax: 9% Cleaning Fee: $95.00 Cancellations and Refunds: We are unable to refund your rental amount due to the fact that we will be turinng away other guests while we hold your dates, and it is dufficult to re-book. Therefore we suggest travel vacation insurance from online companies such a CSA which other guests have used and been very happy with. It is very reasonable. Other Fees: $185 Pet fee per pet weekly Hot Tub rental available Horseback trail rides available by reservation.
