Very comfortable 2 bed/ 2 bath condo on the 8th floor. Fully furnished, Air Conditioned, Playa Moreno beach access, 24 security, covered parking and close to the Hilton Casino.
Esparta Suites condos are located in Costa Azul. Close to nightlife (Señor Frogs, Beer's Shop sportsbar's, Opah Lounge & Bar), shopping and Porlamar. Our Condo which is located on the 8th floor has a beautiful ocean view, fully furnished, 2 bed/2 bath. TV's in both bedrooms and our living room is also equipped with a VCR & CD Player. Security Gated door for our apartment, 24 building security, underground parking, Pool and beach access to Playa Moreno.Full size bedding in our master bedroom and two twin beds.

| Deposits: | | We do ask for a deposit in order to reserve this condo, we will also be used as a damage deposit during your stay. It will refunded to you upon the day of your departure. Your deposit can be sent via wire transfer to our bank or you may pay via credit card thru Paypal but there will be an added service charge of $7.00 for this. We are always booking our rentals ahead of time, for best reservations please contact us as soon as you can. Also please contact us for more information on Monthly rates; maximum monthly rentals allowed would be for 2-3 months.
| | Cancellations and Refunds: | | $59.00 per night for minimum 5 night stay please. Also during the High Season months of April, Sept., Oct. and mid Dec. please note that our fee per night will be slightly higher due to high season here in Margarita.
We reserve your dates and turn away other renters when a deposit is made. If you have to cancel your stay in our condo then your deposit will not be refunded. |

I have been to Margarita and have been to Esparta Suites building. The condos here have a wonderful view to the beach and its so close within minutes. I liked the internet access right on the first floor, the little grocery store and the small restaurant too. I have walked very easily to nearby stores and the Hilton Casino is right down the street. This has to be a prime location for American or Tourist vacational renters because as I was in and out of the building I pretty much always ran into and have met several americans staying in this building.
