Cancellations reported within 5 working days of original booking date will be refunded without penalty; cancellation after 5 working days and prior to 61 days bedore arrival will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 31-60 days prior to arrival forfeit two nights lodging. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival forfeit full payment.
