What a lovely time we had! Your place is perfect, we absolutely enjoyed everything! You have done a wonderful job of being sure every amenity is there! The spring skiing was awesome!
Everyone was so wiped out at the end of every day, the kitchen was very well equipt for me to cook every night. The hot tub and steam shower were most excellent! We hope to stay again sometime soon!!

We loved the Red Pine Condo . We all felt right at home. It was spacious and well organized. The jacuzzi was a real treat. The Yates family could not have been more accomodating to us. Everything was right there for us to use in the house. The location was perfect and the skiing was great. Tons of snow and very nice, friendly people on the mountain. We certainly would recommend it to future guests and wish them a great time.

The condo was fantastic! We had 8 people in our ski party, all adults, and everyone was more than comfortable. The private indoor hot tub and steam shower were the hits of the trip! Location is great as well! Close to everything and grocery store on the main road on your way in. I'd highly recommend staying here and I expect to be back next year! Thanks again!

This was a very nice rental unit. We stayed here for a week in March 2007 with another family. Eight of us (two couples and four teenagers) stayed in the unit and it never seemed crowded. The location is very convenient as the unit is on the upper end of Red Pine closest to the base. The in-unit hot tub was a nice amenity and the recent remodel was very well done. The renter was easy to deal with and helped us with skiing and resturant recommendations.

We visited Jan. 1, 2007. We were very happy with this unit. It was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom was very spacious as well as the other bedroom. It was very convenient to have four bathrooms since we were 10. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner. The location was great. There are alot of places nearby, like markets, reataurants, stores, etc. It snowed a lot while we were there. It was beautiful. We had a great time and we will definitely be back.

What a great place! Plenty of room (we were 2 families sharing- 3 adults + 4 teenagers)for everyone, and easy, painless access to the resort. The condo was very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Also easy to get back and forth to Main Street in Park City- either by car or via the shuttle - which came in very handy when the kids (or the adults!) needed time away on their own.
We will definitely plan on returning!

We stayed at Dan's place in early February. The accomodations are perfect for a family. We shared the condo with another family, four adults and four kids. The condo was big enough for both families. The kids had a blast in the bunk beds.
The place is very convenient for skiing. It is close to walk, but we chose to use the cabriolet because we felt it was more convenient. Because of the kids, we took a one minute drive down to the cabriolet and were up on the lifts in just five minutes. I would recommend the cabriolet even if you aren't traveling with kids. It's just a five minute walk if you choose not to drive.
We highly recommend this rental for its convenience to the slopes and the spacious accomodations.

Our stay extended from Dec. 26 through Jan.1. We had a great time! The accomodations were sufficient for our family and everyone was very comfortable. The condo is well supplied.We had the option of gathering in the living room, playing cards on the dining room table or retreating to our bedrooms (there are TV's in every room). The hot tubs soothed some aches and pains (it's been a long time since most of us had skiied) and it was wonderful for all. The location is convenient to lifts and town.We highly recommend this rental!
