Vacation Rental Home Description
We own a newer constructed townhouse complex that is conveniently located only 2.5 blocks from the Park City Ski Resort lift and 3.5 blocks from downtown. There are four 3 bedroom townhouses (one has a den so it is like a 4 bedroom), one 2 bedroom with loft home and a studio - all are professionally decorated with upscale furnishings. All feature designer kitchens and bathrooms and high quality interior custom finishes such as Alder cabinets, slate floors and stone fireplaces. Park City’s free shuttle bus stops directly in front and will take you to the other ski resorts in minutes as well as transporting you to downtown where you can enjoy the fabulous restaurants and shopping. General Description:
Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath homes (they are more like home than townhouses as there are no attached walls) are nestled in the heart of Park City and are approximately 1,800 sq ft which comfortably sleep 6 to 8 guests. This vacation home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a list of amenities including:
• Gourmet upgraded kitchen with knotty alder pine cabinets
• An inviting great room with a cozy stone fireplace
• 3 large bedrooms
• 3 upscale bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi tub and shower

• Centrally located outdoor hot tub surrounded by mature pine trees in private courtyard

• Close proximity to downtown Park City
