Perched on the hillside above Kalkan, this fully air-conditioned villa, a 3 bedroomed holiday rental villa is characterised by its wide-open bird's eye views & offers accommodation 4-8 people. This spacious, comfortable house cries out for large fun house parties, with large open verandas, sun loungers on the pool terrace & a shaded eating area on the roof terrace with a barbecue, all of which overlook a generous sized infinity pool. Airhouse Villa is situated in an ideal location for all local amenities. Within only a few minutes drive from the village centre & beach it is particularly quiet & peaceful with panoramic views over three bays.
The pool is easily accessed from the veranda & enclosed by decorative railings, enabling a watchful eye to be kept on the children as they play.
The Mediterranean planting is very beautiful, set with olive trees, fruit trees & many exotic flowers.
Similarly spectacular views are enjoyed by the two ground floor bedrooms which both open via French windows onto the main veranda. Outside steps lead down to the large sized 7m x 5m, disappearing edge swimming pool & pool terrace.
Both the double bedroom & the twin bedroom have en-suite facilities, one with spacious walk in shower & the other a bath with overhead shower. The third bedroom is located upstairs with two full size bunk beds. All bedrooms have spacious storing & hanging facilities. Also one washroom upstairs accessible to all houseguests.
Main upstairs entrance opens into a spacious living area with fireplace, TV, DVD, CD, books, music & French windows opening from a comfortable sitting area onto an open veranda. The living area leads onto the spacious, well presented dining area with wide sliding glass doors opening onto the covered veranda looking over the sea. The dining area leads on to a spacious & well-appointed integrated kitchen. The twin sofas open into full size ¾ beds for additional sleeping arrangements.
Stairs up to the ceramic tiled roof terrace with tiled pergola over the al fresco dining area giving amazing panoramic views over Kalkan bay, Patara beach & Kapitas bay. The pergola provides for al fresco dining whilst you take in the stunning views & listen to the distant haunting sounds of the Imam calling the faithful to prayer, echoing from the mosque in the far valley. A really special place to catch up with your suntan. At night the roof terrace gives you all the romantic sunsets & skylines you desire & is the place to watch the moon rising!
Welcome pack will be waiting when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter & juice etc. Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice & local knowledge including hire cars, day trips etc. The villa will be cleaned & bedding changed once a week & the pool maintained daily. Extra cleaning can be arranged with our local agent at a small charge.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned. External doors & windows have insect screens.
Both vacation holiday self catering villas are very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, & many cooking utensils. Additional items include a pushchair, cot, bottle sterilising unit, bottle warmer, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, sun beds & pool furniture useful items inc, pool toys, games, books, iron & board, fan, hairdryer. Private parking with direct road access if you wish to hire a car. Taxis are available or local buses frequently pass at the end of the road.
Babysitting services available with Andrea - a British lady who lives in Kalkan.
(Airhouse has twin Villa that shares pool. They can be rented together for larger groups)

You can be collected from your vacation holiday villa to be taken on one of the many guided day trips available to many beaches along the coast or a trip to the nearby towns of Kas & Fethiye. Kalkan has a market Thursdays selling a range of goods, souvenirs, locally grown produce & the famed spices of Asia Minor 5-min walk from villa. Water sports enthusiasts; there are trips to Patara Beach for parascending or Saklikent Gorge for a day’s canoeing only 20 minutes drive from the villas. Scuba Diving - Kalkan has one of the best Dive Centres on this part of the Turquoise coast for beginners wanting a day’s taster to experienced scuba divers wanting new seafloors to explore.Day Trips- The day trips are very good value or hire car & driver for very little compared to many holiday destinations. Arrange your own personalised day out & add a relaxing massage in an authentic Turkish bath (Hamam).
