We stayed at Turtle Bay Cottage with our family - and had the best vacation we have had in a long time. The house is comfortable and beautiful. Every room is decorated gorgeously! Plenty of room for the kids, for cooking, for cooking out by the pool, and for watching the fireworks on the balcony. Every thing you need is right there, just bring the food. We will never stay anywhere else. The short walk to the beach was great! The private fishing pier just made it all more special, taking the kids to a private place to fish! Great. Do not think of staying anywhere else. We are already planning our family beach house trip next summer - right back to Turtle Bay Cottage.

We had an awesome time at the Turtle Bay Cottage. And when they say not the typical rental, they are not exaggerating. The house is a house you could move in to tomorrow. If I was going to decorate a beach house this would be the way I would hope it would look. The pool was fabulous and everything was so clean. My son and son-in-law really enjoyed the dock to keep the boat and to fish from. Thanks again for a great week. The Fergusons

Upon driving up to our summer rental we were very impressed. But the minute we opened the door all I could say was WOW. The cottage was so beautifully decorated. Everything was so immaculate. From the soft linens to the soft white towels.
Everything was provided for us.
The best part was having our own private pool, beach towels, grill etc. It had all the comforts of home. It was hard leaaving.
THANK YOU for taking the time and effort into making Turtle Bay Cottage such a wonderful place.

We loved this beach house! I wouldn't even be able to narrow it down to one thing I liked the most about our stay. The house has a great swimming pool with patio furniture, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, gas grill, spacious rooms and a beautiful, beachy decor. I would never rent another hotel room at South Padre again. You won't have to worry about musty, smoky rooms at this beach house. It is immaculately clean with great linens and pillows. Beach access is within walking distance as well. I'll definitely rent this house again. Paul, the owner, was great to deal with, and he contacted us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.
