Welcome to our home!
THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL rental, THIS IS
YOUR HOME AWAY HOME!

Out of the ordinary, spacious beach cottage is
located at 102 W. Capricorn. We are located within
walking distance of fine dining, shopping and the
beach. Our home is tastefully decorated in a tropical
motif with much nicer quality furniture than you would
ever expect. Everything you need for a great getaway
is included. Use the gourmet kitchen to prepare your
own meals or dine at some of South Padre Island's
fine restaurants.
We have a luxurious master bedroom with a queen
bed, your own tv, private spacious bathroom, make
up vanity, walk in closet and a balcony. Our second
master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious sitting
area. Huge guest bedroom with 2 full size beds.
Bedroom four with a set of bunk beds. Comfortable
beds, fine linens, beautiful hardwood floors, cable tv,
dvd players are just a few of the amenities included.
The tropically landscaped backyard has a large
private swimming pool, sundeck, patio furniture and a
gas BBQ pit. Go to the beach, its only a 5 minute
walk or one minute drive.

If you like fishing or watching the sunset go to our dock a few blocks away.

FAMILIES ONLY. Stay 6 nights and get 7th night free. On monthly rentals, no occupancy tax charged. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  American Express  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: 25% of the rental fee is required to be paid with your rental agreement to secure your reservation. When booking less than 30 days from arrival, full payment is required. Lodging Tax: 14.5% Cleaning Fee: $130.00 Cancellations and Refunds: This agreement may be cancelled by written notification to owners no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of rental term and, upon such thirty (30) day cancellation, renters will forfeit fifty percent (50%) of the reservation deposit. If this agreement is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable. When rental fees and security fees have been paid in full and a cancelation is requested fifty percent (50%) of rentals paid and one hundred percent (100%) of the security deposit will be refunded. No refunds of any kind will be made if cancellations occurs less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental term.
