Out of the ordinary, spacious beach house is
located at 102 W. Capricorn. We are located
within
walking distance of fine dining, shopping and
the
beach.
Our home is tastefully decorated in a tropical
motif with much nicer quality furniture than you
would ever expect.
Everything you need for a great
getaway is included. Use the gourmet kitchen to
prepare your own meals or dine at some of
South
Padre Island's fine restaurants.
We have a luxurious master bedroom with a
queen
bed, your own tv, private spacious bathroom,
make
up vanity, walk in closet and a balcony.
Our second master bedroom has a queen bed,
spacious sitting area.
bedroom #3 is a huge guest bedroom with 2 full
size
beds.
Bedroom #4 has a set of bunk beds.
Comfortable beds, fine linens, beautiful
hardwood
floors, cable tv, Hi speed wireless internet, dvd
players are just a few of the amenities included.
The tropically landscaped backyard has a large
private swimming pool, sundeck, patio furniture
and
a gas BBQ pit. Go to the beach, its only a 5
minute
walk or one minute drive.
If you like fishing or watching the sunset visit
our
dock a few blocks away.
Dock is equipped with fishing lights,tables and
chairs running water and fish cleaning table.
You may use the dock to tie up your boat.

The house is comfortable and beautiful. Every room is decorated gorgeously! Plenty of room for the kids, for cooking, for cooking out by the pool, and for watching the fireworks on the balcony. Every thing you need is right there, just bring the food. We will never stay anywhere else. The short walk to the beach was great! The private fishing pier just made it all more special, taking the kids to a private place to fish! Great. Do not think of staying anywhere else. We are already planning our family beach house trip next summer - right back to Turtle Bay Cottage. Upon driving up to our summer rental we were very impressed. But the minute we opened the door all I could say was WOW. The cottage was so beautifully decorated. Everything was so immaculate. I wouldn't even be able to narrow it down to one thing I liked the most about our stay. The house has a great swimming pool with patio furniture, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, gas grill, spacious rooms and a beautiful, beachy decor. I would never rent another hotel room at South Padre again. You won't have to worry about musty, smoky rooms at this beach house. It is immaculately clean with great linens and pillows. Beach access is within walking distance as well. I'll definitely rent this house again.
