Nestled in a private patio this condominium is an area coveted for its coastal setting. Your tropical escape will leave you wondering "like a kid on a playground" what to do next.
The living room door opens out on to a balcony overlooking the gulf and Schlitterbahn water park. You can have your morning coffee and watch the island come alive or relax with a drink on your patio while soaking up all the natural beauty that is found along the Gulf's shore.
Easy access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away from the building. It takes about 3 minutes walk to the beach without crossing any streets.
The complex features clubhouse and ample parking.
After a day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool or relax in one of the two hot tubs. The condo complex is never crowded.
Enjoy a game of tennis at one of the three tennis courts.
Experience the true luxury on the island at an incredible price.

We just returned from a one week stay at Andy's condo. We would definitely recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, modern, quiet and most comfortable. We recently stayed at Andy's condo (10/15 to 10/19) and I must say we truly had a great time. The condo was extremely clean(!)and all the new appliances were an added luxury. We had 2-day passes to Schlitterbahn and were able to quickly come back to the condo for lunch and then head back later in the afternoon. With 2 TV's(one of which is a nice large LCD flat screen) and two DVD players we were able to keep ourselves occupied until the weather improved. As a poor college student, money is valued greatly. I can proudly say that the quality of this condo goes above and beyond the renting fee. Although the condo only sleeps four, my group and I, of seven, had plenty of room and even brought a couple blow up mattresses to accomodate our night time needs.
