Enjoy fantastic view of the beach from every room. Listen to the waves and feel the ocean breeze right in your bed room while you and your love ones have a time of your life in the wonderful South Padre Island. We completed remodeling of this unit in December 03. It has beautifully tiled floor throughout,and new carpet in the bedrooms. In the kitchen, the cabinets, counter top, microwave, dishwasher and disposal were all recently replaced. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This is a spacious unit with unbeatable view.

The condo is very roomy and clean, and has spectacular views of both the beach and the pools from all windows. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need to prepare meals -- just bring the groceries. We also found beach umbrellas and toys, etc. Christine was also very courteous and helpful with any questions that we had. We had a fantastic time and hope to visit again soon. We spent as much time at the condo as we did on the beach. You have everything you would need right there with you, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, entertainment. Just bring yourself and stop by the grocery store on your way in. There are many things to do within a short distance of the room. What we loved best was that the room was extremely clean and modern. Recently remodeled, the owners have taken great care to assure you have the best available. You have access to staff that stop by to assure you don't need anything, offer hospitality, fresh fish or shrimp and they are very personable and down to earth. We loved it so much we are returning this year and will continue to do so in the future. We had everything at our fingertips, the condo was clean and comfortable, and what a view! We could see the ocean from every room, and were able to watch the sunrise from the master bedroom as well as the balcony and livingroom. The location is in the heart of South Padre, and we walked everywhere except to go horseback riding. We can't thank Christine enough! She was extremely kind and helpful, and really knows how to pick a condominium. It was a dream vacation, and we can't wait to go back! The furnishings and layout give it a very open, flowing and relaxing feel. It was well stocked with utensils that most rentals don't have, like kitchen scissors and the bidet in the master bath is a nice touch. The owners and cleaning staff were very gracious and accomodating. Having a such great place to stay was the perfect launchpad to a wonderful vacation.
