Pools and hot tub were quiet, clean and peaceful. The beach was wonderful. There is a very nice, spacious balcony. The kitchen has granite counter tops and lots of goodies! The formal dining area is very comfortable and has a nice glass wine rack. The bedrooms are very comfortable - great pillows! It is also nice to have security gates. This was a nice condo at a great price for three bedrooms on the beach! We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend just after Hurricane Alex. We actually tweaked our reservation dates to prevent driving in the storm and the owners were wonderful to work with! They were very kind and accomodating. We saw the sun rise to the east off the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and enjoyed cool breezes, air conditioned luxury and well appointed rooms. It has a real pleasant and relaxing atmosphere overlooking the ocean.The location is ideal being away from the noise of the clubs but close to shopping and entertainment areas.
